I have been telling clients not to count calories for 20 years. Finally science agrees: it doesn’t work, not in the long term anyway. WHAT you eat matters so much more than how much you eat, and no, you can‘t exercise off the difference. Want to eat steak, bacon, full fat dairy? ... You may. Eat more and lose weight? Yes, it’s possible, ask any of my clients. Note: I am not advocating a Keto diet, unless a clients specifically asks to follow one.
